DESCRIPTION:This meeting is designed to officially kickoff this project and will involve appropriate city staff and initial stakeholders. We will review the Project scope\, schedule\, and anticipated deliverables. We will also establish communication protocols\, setup a data-sharing platform to collect the inventory of existing conditions\, define the meeting schedule\, and compile a complete list of stakeholder group members. We will also review the 2019 Strategic Plan.
